Stella was born from clay,
but she’s really made

I once believed to be true:

Now, I’ve invited her out into the light.
She travels with me.
She sits beside me in stillness.
She takes notes. She gets a clipboard.

She’s just the scared little protector who forgot I’m in charge now.
